LIBERATION

Liberation is a name

for the condition of Consciousness/Intelligence

ceasing to hold its hypothetical modelings (thoughts, beliefs)

about Reality to be true.

For Liberation to occur,

Consciousness/Intelligence doesn’t need to stop

thinking or modeling,

it just needs to SEE its own actual, natural condition,

as it is and has always been;

then thoughts and conceptualizations won’t be held

to be accurate reflections of Reality.

They will be seen in the true proportional, inevitably partial,

relationship they actually have to the Reality.

A major fallacy that many people seem to hold

is that Liberation requires some major change

in thinking, behavior, personality, etc.

While Liberation may (or may not) produce some change

in these areas,

that is a by-product, and not a requirement, of the condition.

The true condition of Reality (Enlightenment)

of course has ALWAYS BEEN the case, IS the case,

and ALWAYS WILL BE the case,

regardless of whatever “thoughts” and “behaviors”

are, or are not, occurring within it.

This fact only needs to be SEEN

by consciousness/Intelligence directly,

and then it will know itself as it actually is;

which of course “liberates” it from “bondage”

to erroneous beliefs about Reality,

the cause of Confusion.
